| 241243 | 2004-06-02 17:03:00 | When reinstalling Win2k Pro do I need to install the service packs sequentially, or does SP4 include all the fixes from the previous service packs? I have an original version of Win2K, plus copies of SP3 and SP4 but I can't find my copy of SP1 or SP2 (second question was there an SP1 or was SP2 the first update?). Do I need to download SP2 (and SP1?) again before I reinstall from scratch? Thanks, Peter |

Yes SP4 includes all previous updates except Internet explorer 6 & IE 6 updates Yes you can Install SP4 on a fresh win 2000 install & don't forget to go to windows update site & install patchs that came out after SP4 Steve |
