241476 2004-06-04 02:59:00 Hey,
Fairly straight forward one Id imagine.......

Only just recently, my clock settings have been going hay wire, in that the PC seems to never be displaying the correct time. I have the correct GMT settings, and internet time synchronization enabled.

Its been suggested that it could just be the battery on the m/b But Im not so sure, as the computer is less than 2 years old.
Virus scans have not shown anything - nor have spybot etc.

Does anyone have any other ideas

241477 2004-06-04 03:25:00 I'd go with the battery needing replacing. Capt.Hook (5586)
241478 2004-06-04 03:31:00 Like Capt Hook, I'd go for the battery.
I had to replace one in my machine - 18 mths old.
Must be a very low useful threshold - the new battery measured 3.26v while the old one still read 3.02v.
New battery - no prob's

241479 2004-06-04 05:01:00 Yep, my money is on the battery as well. ;-)

Its cheap enough to find out anyway - less than $5 from the supermarket. Check out the existing one to see which type and number you require first though as they all look the same on the display. ;-)

241480 2004-06-04 05:15:00 i would go with the battery too.

99% of them are CR2032 batteries but it pay to check yours.
