| 241817 | 2004-06-04 23:30:00 | Hi Folks, I have just received a message from my AVG anti-virus informing me that I have the Trojan Horse Downloader keenval.k. It is to be found in a system restore file. How do I get to it and how do I get AVG to eliminate it. Any help will be gratefully received! Thanks |

| 241820 | 2004-06-05 04:33:00 | Do I just temporarily turn off the system restore facility and run AVG? | benelailax (5738) | ||
| 241821 | 2004-06-05 04:35:00 | Start - Control Panel - System - System Restore - tick Turn Off System Restore on all drives - Apply - OK Reboot Reverse the above, and enable the Sytem Restore function. That purges all system restore points, and the trojan with it. It has been backed up to system restore and thats a protected file, so needs to be dumped. New system restore points will be created from now. |

| 241823 | 2004-06-05 05:08:00 | No you won't,but it can't hurt to run it and ensure that all traces are indeed gone. | metla (154) | ||
