When it is not a program files, such as virus signature updates, then a restart is not necessary. Why some have to and others don't, is determined by when you last updated. Even so, everyones will close/restart the program on one of the updates. OK bettle, betlle ,Bettie, Beatle...Oh thats right Beetle :D |
