| 242204 | 2004-06-06 06:58:00 | Hi Does anybody know of a software recording program with an Automatic Level Control. When I record a CD to tape on my CD/Tape player I just put the CD and tape in and press Record and Play and it does not matter what the volume is it records to tape. What I want is a software program recorder that does the same. Thanks GeoffW |

| 242205 | 2004-06-06 09:57:00 | Hi Geoff, It really depends on what you're recording from - eg. CD, Line-in, or a microphone. There is no such software that I know of, however if it's a CD you want to record, a Ripper program may be better (it extracts the audio directly from the CD). |
