| 242771 | 2004-06-08 08:01:00 | The last comments on antispam filtering I can find is from Nov last year. Are there any new opinions as to good (not necessarily free) software. I am with Slingshot but it appears all they do is tell me it's spam but I can do that for free. I would prefer it is intercepted and bounced, or sent straight to a spam folder where I could check its authenticity later. I run Windows xp and Outlook XP. We have five Slingshot e-mail accounts and I have one through nzoom and math.com Many thanks, Berniel |

It is totaly free and pretty succesful. hope that helps M@TT |

| 242777 | 2004-06-12 07:13:00 | The problem with filters is that one man's spam is another man's message. With mail washer you can preview and/or delete mail before you download it, thereby avoiding virae etc. |

You can look at the plain text content, then either delete it, bounce back, mark to be flagged as bad for future .. or all 3 options. J :D Older free version of Mailwasher is available: http://mailwash.vze.com/ |
