1363807 2013-12-29 00:46:00 I am curious about apostrophe errors in some emails. In some emails, I get It’s for It's, and don’t for doesn't etc. I presume it has something to do with the email programme
that the sender is using?. Anyone got any clues please?.

You didn't mention what email program you use, but it would pay to check yours as well. ( knowing the program will give an idea as to where teh settings are) here it is for Outlook Express SetupDefaultEncodingForIncomingMail_OE (help.ntt.co.th)

1363809 2013-12-29 03:26:00 Thanks. That puts me on the right track. My wife uses web mail, using Firefox, and it is only happens with emails from two of her friends, all the others are ok. I have never had the problem with windows live mail. I have never thought about encoding and it is interesting to read about it. Pato (2463)
