| 1363530 | 2013-12-24 01:00:00 | Hi I have Toshiba Sat. Lap Top running W7 & i7. Sometimes powers up ok other times powers up but although desktop etc is there nothing works although the mouse will highlight them. Other times work ok but half way thru any program same thing happens. Works ok in safe mode. I note when working ok in full mode Sys sevices "consumer ir devices is fine. But when it stops. Safe mode shows "consumer ir devices as having a problem, yellow exclam. mark and says cannot find driver. update driver says it is fine. Any ideas Merry Xmas |

| 1363532 | 2013-12-24 02:16:00 | think i have it sorted Speedy, looks like an intermittent fault with the Logitech IR Mouse I was using. disconnected and gone back to pad and all looks OK at this stage. Have a great Christmas.:clap |
