1343923 2013-05-29 02:45:00 I am thinking of getting Oakley sport sunglass

I am deciding between Flak Jacket and Fast Jacket. I had considered Half Jacket 2.0 but it seems bit outdated.

I just want to know if there is any difference between Fast Jacket and Flak Jacket in terms of their flexibility with different lens types.

Sorry if it sounds silly but Will a lens for Flak Jacket fit Fast Jacket and vice versa?
Can i buy Flak Jacket and then easily buy Polarized lenses later for it and if i buy Fast Jacket in future, can i use the polarized lenses on it too that i had gotten for flak jacket? BTW I am considering XLJ lense types

Any other tips on differences between flak and fast besides the fast lock switchlock technology? Does it take a lot of effort to changes lenses on Flak Jacket?

thanks

1343924 2013-05-29 04:12:00 I don't believe there's a difference in flexibility. AFAIK the lenses are different.

I just picked up a pair of Flak Jacket, apparently they stopped doing my old favorite (Eye Jacket) back when Michael Jordan left their board of directors.

Changing lenses on the Flak Jacket takes a couple of seconds. Go in-store and they'll even demo it for ya :)

1343925 2013-05-29 05:18:00 I use Oakley Minutes but they don't have interchangeable lenses, I have a pair of Tifosi with 4 different lenses for riding, currently just using the clear lens as its dark when I go to work and back gary67 (56)
1343926 2013-05-29 06:19:00 Thankls Guys for the info !

I do a lot of cycling so just wanted something i could use with it and also use it for casual outings.

Didnt want Radarlock as though quite suited to cycling, it would be too sporty for casual use.

1343927 2013-05-29 06:28:00 If you want a cheaper option and better alternative check out NZ Safety

www.nzsafety.co.nz

Been buying Bolle for a while and are cheap, safe and stylish

Plenty of others and they meet the NZ Safety Standards
