I also had a few issues with Win 8.1 and Telecom's Technicolor VDSL router. Sometimes using IE11 I could not connect to a site when FF could get it ok. Sometimes it all worked well sometimes not. Spent a lot of time on google and tried a lot of different suggested fixes with limited success. Last Wednesday I ditched the free Technicolor router and replaced it with a Draytek Vigor 2760n. All problems are gone everything operates as expected and I have also noticed a marked improvement in my wireless network connected android devices as well. It is not a cheap solution but it is a good one. |
