1343694 2013-05-28 00:53:00 Don't agree! Margarine has lots of chemicals(and artificial contents) in it which is bad for our body in general. Butter is more natural - has much lesser man-made chemical contents which is better for us.

Olive oil is better still (assuming you get a high quality brand)

Olive oil is a bit runny on toast & bread.

Just stop using butter/marg . Its really not needed on bread, rolls & toast. But once you kick the habit , store bought lunches seem a bit
disgusting with all the butter/marg thats piled on.

Also you cant live with out cholesterol or salt.... excess maybe, dont fight it

You get used to it, don't put too much, let it soak in.
