Butter is more natural - has much lesser man-made chemical contents which is better for us. Olive oil is better still (assuming you get a high quality brand) |

Its really not needed on bread, rolls & toast. But once you kick the habit , store bought lunches seem a bit disgusting with all the butter/marg thats piled on. quoteth "Margarine is by no means void of artery clogging fat.
