Granted, my teenage children can blow that in a few days watching videos and movies online but then they can blow the family budget if we eat at KFC every night too. So we all adapt. Besides, I have a 46" plasma so why would I or anyone want to watch a movie on a computer screen? Trust me, Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones are mega good on the big screen. :D |

The down speed is *almost* as good as fibre (if you're lucky) but the up speed can be up to 10 times faster than ADSL - a key item, along with larger caps that are also now available, for an online backup service. | johcar (6283) | ||

Speeds up to 50mbps down (On the 8b profile) and 10mbps up. My brother-in-law who's testing my ISP out is getting 44mbps quite happily... :D |
