| 244205 | 2004-06-13 22:27:00 | I've been using Firebird/Firefox since ummm... version 0.6.1. I read in this months PC world magazine theres "a fantastic new browser called MyIE2".... Has the author tried Firefox? Is MyIE2 really worth trying like he insists? Forrest44 |

Just as well the author's opinion does not necessarily reflect the views of the publishers. ;-) He says he has used "dozens of browsers..... including Mozilla/Netscape,.... Opera..." and considers MyIE2 to be the best of the bunch but pretty much every wonderful feature that he describes has been standard with Opera since I have been using it over the past couple of years. Firefox also has most of the features he describes and, last but not least, both Opera and Firefox are minus the insecurities of IE. I have not tried it myself but after reading his article why Steve Bass prefers MyIE2 over Opera or Firefox is beyond me. :| |
