| 243990 | 2004-06-13 05:36:00 | Hiya I have this printer and it suddenly jammed. I tried to pull the paper out but they just tore. Now how do I get under the sheet feeder? At the moment the paper is not observable to the eye unless u look at the feeder ..... Would larger screwdrivers handheld help? I tried using a electric screwdriver but the screws are too tight. Cheers |

| 243995 | 2004-06-13 09:18:00 | there is no paper tray the L series is a funny design by HP. Its a tray less unit .. paper is installed upright goes down and back up when its printed... between, I have unjammed it. By using a cardboard and forced it thru the feeder pushing the little papers out .. :-) |
