| 244304 | 2004-06-14 05:28:00 | With Win 2000 - how do I choose my options at startup? Since installing MS Windows Media Player it defaults to opening when I first start up my PC - where do i go to stop this? ++ It may be unrelated but since about the same time I can no longer get sound on any Flash based pages . thanks |

| 244307 | 2004-06-14 06:02:00 | Okay.. but is there not a tool/option menu within Win2000 already, rather than downloading another programme? |

| 244310 | 2004-06-14 06:28:00 | try this See What Startup Programs Are in win 2000 right-click My Computer, and choose Manage (or Start, Programs, Administrative Tools, Computer Management). In the left-hand pane of the Computer Management tool, expand System Tools, then expand System Information, then expand Software Environment. Click on Startup Programs, and a summary list programs/software will be displayed, no matter what the source of the startup is (Registry or Start Menu). |
