| 244955 | 2004-06-16 01:04:00 | I've got a problem - one of the printers I'm supposed to be working with, prints, and prints fine. It's a Hewlett-Packard DeskJet 810C with both colour and BW. But that's not the problem. How do I set it to print BW if the page it is set to print is colour? What incantations? (We charge 50c to $2.00 for colour and 20c for BW and some punters understandably want BW.) |

| 244956 | 2004-06-16 01:14:00 | Look under Printer setup, there should be an option for colour or greyscale. Choose greyscale. Possibly under the "advanced" tab perhaps in colour depth? Can't check where it is exactly for you as it varies according to the printer driver used, and I do not have that exact printer installed. |
