| 244847 | 2004-06-15 11:08:00 | During the past few days I have been receiving the following messages: O.E removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail. and "This message is being watched". All my attachments are being removed as such. The picture is on the page and that will print out but I am unable to copy or save these pictures into the photo albums where they belong. What would cause this to suddenly begin happening and what can I do to prevent it happening further? Last night I received by email pictures of the family at my sisters wedding in April. I cant do anything with these either. |

| 244848 | 2004-06-15 11:17:00 | In OE go to Options | Tools | Security Tab. If there is a tick in the box "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" remove the tick and click OK. Having done that you need to then remember to take the usual virus precautions before opening any attachments. That is, save the attachment to your hard drive and scan it with an anti-virus program that has up-to-date virus definitions.
