| 245417 | 2004-06-17 06:43:00 | Can anyone tell me how to correct the automatic turn off routine on a DEll 350 running Win 98. Is it in the BIOS or the Windows program?? It shuts down to the screen showing Windows is shutting down and then hangs and can only be turned off by holding the switch in for 4 seconds. Thanks |

| 245418 | 2004-06-17 06:50:00 | Right-click My Computer and see if you have Win98SE which will have a number such as 98.2222a. If you know it is Second Edition, download a patch from here (www.microsoft.com) for a start. There are other causes, but you might as well eliminate the main one first. |
