I'm sure I have read it somewhere in PC World but I just want confirmation. Is it safe to delete all the files in C:\Windows\Temp folder? |

Yes it is. Just don't delete the actual folder itself, only the contents. :)
Your OS should have a disk cleanup option as well, which will hunt out temporary files from other areas as well and remove them for you. Much easier than doing this manually yourself. |

You should not delete any temp files that were created since your last restart or from the day you are deleting. Programs that are running could be using the temp file that you delete and can cause that program to crash. An example I have had to deal with was all the temp files deleted and the Epson printer would not print from Word until a print job was done from a none Microsoft product. |
