Just recently, after months of perfect running, whenever I try to scan text using TextBridge 11 into a Word document, I press 'acquire text' and nothing happens. When I tried to get at it through running the programme i.e. TextBridge, it tells me scanner error. I ran the initial setup where is acclimatises itself to your scanner, and it seemed to be able to do that, but nothing in Word. I seem to be able to scan using the scanner interface, but it won't do any optical character recognition. Any ideas?I am running Windows 98SE. |
