| 246594 | 2004-06-21 08:20:00 | I have a problem regarding Office 2003, or more specific, Outlook and Equation Editor. 1) I want to start Outlook without checking my mail upon launching so I used the /nopollmail switch, it doesn't work. 2) Equation Editor refuse to operated under Word. When it opened, it goes for a endless cycle of crashes. Repairing and uninstalling doesn't work. The problem had been here since the beta of O3k and no one seem to know why. Stats: XP SP2 RC2 O3k updated Tony |

You mentioned XP SP2 - that's beta isn't it? Last final SP must be SP1, so I'm unsure what the differences are. I'm unsure about the switch you refer to, but settings for send/receive are in Tools/Options/Mail Setup/Send-Receive |
