246441 2004-06-21 02:34:00 is there a small program out there some where that will collect some information about the pc..eg. ram cpu video card..etc.. and export it as a txt file?

this would make troubleshooting friend's computer much much easier...


either i'm searching with the wrong keywords in google.. or.. i'm jz stupid and can't find wat i want...

246442 2004-06-21 02:41:00 Well, this (www.sisoftware.co.uk) is not very small, but it will do what you need. Probably a bit over elaborate for your current task, but it does tell you pretty much everything about a PC except the colour. R2x1 (4628)

would be nice if there's a program with only one exe file that you can run straight from...

come to think of it..
i remember some games comes with utility that gives some system info for their tech troubleshooting..

is there a game with a rather decent one?
