| 246414 | 2004-06-21 01:45:00 | You could make your own?? When you upgrade to Office 2003, the Office toolbar is removed from your computer and Office 2003 does not include a newer version. (Office Shortcut Bar Is Not Included in Office 2003 KB 822573) If you use the Office toolbar, you can reinstall it.
