| 246415 | 2004-06-21 00:49:00 | Greetings all from a first-time poster.:) For my diploma in technical computing course my current assignment is to identify emerging and current trends in graphics card problems-can anybody help with any good sites for obtaining such info. I've got some good stuff for assignment intro, related to history etc of graphics cards, isa v PCI v AGP v PCI Express etc, but need to find something that gives an overview of overall trends, most common problems etc. As this assignment is anticipated to top out at around 50 pages, for a miserable 5 credits (good old NZQA;\), anything to shortcut search process would be appreciated. | 246416 | 2004-06-21 01:20:00 | not of much help to you i would think but over the last 10 years i would say that hardware faults are becoming less and that more and more faults are due to software, hardware drivers and such like. this just what i think and has no real world number to it back up. |
