| 246268 | 2004-06-20 10:09:00 | At the moment we have Windows 98SE as an operating system. The problem is I cannot make any new folders. When you right click there isn't any option in the list to make a new folder. We used to beable make new folders but cannot any more Any suggestions would be appreciated. |

| 246270 | 2004-06-20 10:28:00 | Is this problem in Windows Explorer? Or on the Windows desktop? If you are using Windows Explorer then click : File, New, Folder should get the job done. If it is on the desktop I remember reading another thread or a PC World article that talked about customising your right click menu.
