| 247466 | 2004-06-24 22:48:00 | Got an old P3 700 here where there is no signal from teh onboard video. Have tried removing bios batt out of desperation with no luck. Have tried PCI vid card but can't get into bios to switch off onboard of course (doh!). Any ideas? |

| 247468 | 2004-06-24 22:57:00 | Removing the battery does nothing for the new motherboards except reset the clock. The actual BIOS is held in non-volatile flash ROM. If all else fails, try downloading the latest BIOS and flashing the motherboard. Hopefully it will reset the BIOS to defaults again. |

| 247472 | 2004-06-25 01:35:00 | I suspect that unless it has an AGP port, which may take priority on boot up, you are stuffed. I know it's hard to accept, that apart from the video fault the MOBO is good , but will have to be consigned to the bin. Just life I guess. |
