What it said, was that apparently a former Xtra customer, after hearing his mates were getting a better deal with their ISP decided to leave Xtra and join another ISP. He signed up with a dial up plan at 30hrs a month for $9.95. When he rang Xtra helpdesk to cancel he was offered a dial up plan for 60hrs a month at $16. When he asked why this plan was not listed on the Xtra website he was told that this particular plan was only offered to people who asked to cancel their existing plan. Interesting !! ;\ Misty ;-) |
