| 247332 | 2004-06-24 07:34:00 | I am building a new computer, and I was just wondering if there was any dangers involved when installing the power supply and motherboard (unplugged from mains). (I don't want to get electrocuted) Also, what wattage should I get for the power supply (CPU 2500+, 40 GB 7200rpm, CD-R/DVD. Cheers |

| 247333 | 2004-06-24 07:38:00 | 400watt min i would suggest and as for dangers installign when not even connected to the mains.................cant see how you could be in any danger of electrocution under those circumstances........anyway there'd virtually be no danger ever from a psu unless you got it open and stick something in there while it's plugged in | drcspy (146) | ||
