247159 2004-06-23 23:49:00 Having a problem bringing up a URL sent in an e-mail. Have always just clicked on the URL and it opens in IE6, but now it doesn't.
The only thing I can think I changed, is downloaded the latest MSN Messenger. Any ideas..
Ron.

247162 2004-06-24 02:54:00 Right-click on the link 'Here' in Tommy's reply and select Copy Shortcut.
Then right-click in the address bar and select Paste then click Go.

You should get a Microsoft page with more help on your problem.

247164 2004-06-24 05:41:00 Thanks again fellows, have followed all the Microsoft instructions as far as I can go, which is installing all the DLLs. But still no luck, am not competent enough to go into the Registry and check those values, so all that's left now is to reinstall IE6.
Any thoughts Ron.

247165 2004-06-24 06:05:00 Before reinstalling, you might want to Export your Favourites, Address Book and Messages in case you lose the lot. Scouse (83)
