He has a PC with a hard to use Reader and I have been told that there is a NZ program that is very easy and is ideal for the blind. Can someone give me the address for this program as my friend is becoming frustrated with his PC and I know how important this sort of thing can be for the sight impaired. He is also a Diabetic amputee which makes one very thankful for ones own health,even with the restrictions of impending old age. Many thanks in anticipation of your help.
