247760 2004-06-26 11:44:00 I wonder if any of you guys could help me here. Previously whenever I searched in Google images and clicked on a thumbnail, I would get a split page. The webpage would appear under a black bar, and above there would be a thumbnail of the image with urls and other info. Now whenever I click on a thumbnail, all I get above the black bar is a complete blank. The webpage itself appears under the bar, but nothing above it. Any suggestions?
I have Internet Explorer in Windows XP home.

247761 2004-06-26 13:43:00 It's working fine for me here. Sorry can't help, but for a short-term solution both AltaVista and Yahoo also offer image search Greg S (201)

In Internet Explorer go to Tools\Internet Options

1/ On the General tab press "Delete Files" then tick "Delete All Offline
Content" then press "OK". Now press "Delete Cookies" then "OK".
2/ On the Security tab press "Default Level" then press "Apply"
3/ On the Privacy tab (IE6 only) press "Default" then press "Apply"
4/ On the Programs tab press "Reset Web Settings" remove the tick from
"Also Reset My Home Page" press "Yes" then "OK" then "Apply"
5/ On the Advanced tab press "Restore Defaults" then press "Apply" then "OK".

247763 2004-06-27 01:25:00 Thanks for that. I discovered that Google was not misbehaving, it was 'My Search' Bar that is the problem. I've had a look in the preferences to see if I could tilt things back on course, but no joy so far.

Anyway, I've demoted the My Search bar, and downloaded Googles own Search bar which I can use instead.
