1365144 2014-01-13 19:35:00 I normally put in appropriate numbers and can proceed with banking, now when I click log in, instead of opening the log box says processing, then nothing, if I do this often enough it will log on.

Question is, is it the computer at fault or the bank site?

Sounds like an issue with the log on facility. You should email the customer support at the bank and let them know. I'd suggest that you also take a screen shot of the attempted logon and attach it to the email so that the tech support can see what the issue is.

I think the most you normally expect is an automated response saying that your email had been forwarded to the customer support team.
