| 1365020 | 2014-01-12 07:30:00 | Having this problem a couple of times: Open up Outlook 2010, it starts receiving incoming mail, (can see that it's receiving bottom bar); after it has completed the receiving, checked but found nothing in the inbox nor in the junk mail box, just gone to nowhere! Happened again this morning, luckily I have left a copy at the server(Xtra mail). It doesn't happen always, but only about 2~3 times, so far. Is my Outlook playing up or Xtra mail? |

Xtra/yahoo are having a few "issues" lately . :groan: Could be missing 'email' is spam/virus & blocked/deleted by your AV Can also be emails with big attachments downloading too slow & timing out Or perhaps also be a corrupt PST or an old style pst with 2Gb size limit nearing that limit(less likely) You can do a scanpst , to check for errors in your local mail store (pst) : google 'scanpst" to see how to run that  |
