| 1364828 | 2014-01-10 05:18:00 | If anyone's interested to give an opinion, I need another computer and prefer a laptop/notebook. My budget is $1500. I prefer Asus or Toshiba given their reputation, with a slight preference for Asus. This will become my main work computer, with my existing one as the backup. I also want it to be ok for medium graphics intensive gaming. Also minimum 17" screen. I'm inclined to use JBHifi, but any other approved supplier from you folks. Thanks. |

| 1364835 | 2014-01-17 02:42:00 | I'm considering this one (pbtech.co.nz) from PBTech - seems a decent price? And I'm confused about the statement (apart from the bad English) "*Memory:Haswell platfrom do not compatible with DDR3(1.5V)". If I ordered it I'd want to double the RAM to 8GB's. |

| 1364836 | 2014-01-17 02:49:00 | May mean this (www.asus.com). So whatever ram you buy it has to end with L like the above. Which support 1.35v and 1.5v. Normal sodimms only support 1.5v. They're not compatible with 4th gen / Haswell processors. And it wont boot / or turn on if you install 1.5v sticks |
