1364819 2014-01-10 05:13:00 When I try to run iTunes - this comes up?

Thoughts? What should I do please? Does it matter?

1364820 2014-01-10 05:25:00 Sounds like you've installed some program thats screwed up the upper/lowerfilter registry entries in the registry. Meaning you cant burn anything (from Itunes)

Info on how to fix that here (support.apple.com)

1364821 2014-01-10 05:26:00 I would say not - if you don't use itunes to "import and burn cd's". fred_fish (15241)
1364822 2014-01-10 06:06:00 Mmm - I never use iTunes to import and burn things... R.M. (561)
1364823 2014-01-10 06:33:00 Altho other programs if you do burn to cd / dvd maybe affected too. If some program had added its option to either the upper or lowerfilter entry in the registry. It wont work until you remove whatever file is under one of these entries in the registry Speedy Gonzales (78)
1364824 2014-01-10 07:11:00 Yes - Friday night is probably not a good time to 'fiddle' in the Registry! I'll look at it again tomorrow in the cold light of day.

I have three UpperFilters entries - UpperFilters, UpperFilters1 and UpperFilters2.... Am I supposed to have that many?

1364825 2014-01-10 07:33:00 Have you got Roxio easy cd creator installed? plod (107)
1364826 2014-01-10 08:04:00 No. Have Ashampoo Burning Studio & ImgBurn. So I suppose they are the two extra entries? R.M. (561)
1364827 2014-01-11 02:53:00 Fixed - thanks! :) R.M. (561)
