I have recovered the Spare account using this at the command prompt window copy d:\windows\system32\utilman.exe d:\ copy d:\windows\system32\cmd.exe d:\windows\system32\utilman.exe Changed the password all works now. but the Phil account just returns a message account not found even through it there on the login screen.
