I am sorry to hear you are having connection issues . Please make sure you have a good internet connection as dial-up, particularly slow broadband or a weak Wifi signal . Please also make sure that you are using one of our supported browsers which you can check on our website here . We also recommend logging in directly from our website rather than any link you may use or have setup .



If you are still having issues after that could you please try the following:



- Go to the ‘Tools’ menu of your browser

- Select ‘Compatibility View Settings’

- Insert ‘kiwibank . co . nz’ in the ‘Add this Website:’ window and click ‘Add’ and then ‘Close’ .

If you are still having issues after that could you please try the following:



You can use Firefox to check if the logon is actually doing what it is supposed to when you type in your details and hit the submit button.

I use it a lot when I'm working with PHP to check and see if my mail submit is being submitted.

You don't have to be the server admin to check it.

My solution was as you were given, Like I said they blamed it on M/S.

I'm not sure what the second sentence is all about! Proof reading, grammatical knowledge, or literacy seems to be lacking in their answer, unless you did a cut and paste job on it! :devil

Not very encouraging or reassuring coming from a Bank, or an IT 'expert'.
