1364628 2014-01-07 23:00:00 Is there any consensus of opinion on the best Video Editor?

Its main function would be to trim/split/join, as in edit out adds in recorded programmes.

:thanks

1364629 2014-01-07 23:01:00 Movie Maker should be sufficient for that. pcuser42 (130)
1364630 2014-01-07 23:13:00 You could try Freemake Video Converter www.freemake.com

I have joined/added and joined Episodes together with it

But But be very careful if you install as it wants to install heaps of crap you don't want, each step on the install has crap attached

Well I don’t think it’s corrupted because it plays perfect.

All I can think of is the whole Video is 7 gig (one of the reasons I like to rid it of the adds) and it’s too big for Movie Maker???????

1364634 2014-01-07 23:46:00 Quite likely. I've always considered Windows Movie Maker to be in the same crappy group as other Microsoft "design" software such as Front Page (web) and Microsoft Publisher (print layout). They are barely "ok" for home use but anything outside of that they are a joke. Webdevguy (17166)
