Basically what happens is I'll plug in my keyboard and the second I hit anything it locks up my computer. It's only that keyboard though (Razer Blackwidow Ultimate) I have uploaded a video to Youtube that further shows and explains the issue. I really hope someone can help me! www.youtube.com |

Have you asked / emailed Razer about this prob ? Are you using their drivers?? If you are, are they the latest drivers? |

My parents have previously emailed Razer about the problem but apparently they didn't respond or something along those lines. I am using their drivers and they're up to date. |

Looks like Synapse, if it's installed can cause the lockup (answers.microsoft.com) |

the mouse will still work without synapse it just wont have customised profiles and whatnot. |

I've uninstalled and whatnot but it's still giving me basically the same results.. I'm about to just give up. |

Uninstall anything at all to do with the keyboard -Windows will use default drivers.
If it still causes a problem send the KB back for replacement. |
