248233	2004-06-28 10:23:00	Just in case any of the nice people who answered my original post are interested - I got an email from Paradise yesterday (Sunday) stating that they had been experiencing a few problems in the Hamilton area over the last week, but had now solved them. If I was still experiencing difficulties, to ring them on 0800.........etc. Fat chance - every time I rang I got the "Waiting times are in excess of ten minutes if you wish to hold" message. But I haven't had any more bother. Might still look at jetstream though..... Thanks to you all. andy.	andy (473)
