I run Microsoft Office 2000 via W98SE. Word only allows me 72 point fonts. I could use something bigger - especially if it was a larger type ARIAL. I have looked via Google, but have found little to help. Rather than spend the next 100 days looking, can anyone out there point me in the right direction? All help appreciated as always. |

To get non-standard font sizes, enter the font size you want into the font size box (rather than selecting one of the standard sizes) - I do this on the toolbar rather than through the menu and it works fine. |

Hi slofox. Instead of accepting Word's font size 72, type in a size you want. You can specify many hundred and more than fill your A4 page with one character. Good luck |

I have just started to much around with mine (Office 2000) to see how far it will go and once you get up to a font size of Arial 500, you can only get one character on each line! :D |

Karge btw is the Wanganui area variant of the word large.
Thought i would mention that incase people were confused. |

Letter A in times New Roman, size 600 fills one page. Word tells me that it will take to size 1638. |

Oops, sorry. meant to say that it tells you this via an error message if you try to make it greater than that size. |
