| 248165 | 2004-06-28 19:40:00 | Heres a longshot, I recently purchased some new cheap V.92 modems & they wouldn't connect to paradise, On the 1st one I put in some extra settings to limit the modem to V.90 EG: +MS=V90 On the 2nd modem I installed I found by chance it had placed an icon in the control panel,I clicked on this icon & found there was options to disable modem on hold. perhaps worth looking at if you are using new modem? | 248166 | 2004-06-28 19:52:00 | and a longer shot......... Have you installed any new phone equipment (cordless phone, fax etc) If so unplug all phones and try again - and if you have digital SKY then uplug that from the phone line as well. good luck sam m |
