| 248151 | 2004-06-28 04:55:00 | error message" this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. please contact your administrator" I don't have an administrator, this is a stand alone home pc. This condition has only recently started occuring. I suspect it is due to a piece of security software which has changed something. possibly "spybot" or "Adware" both of which have been running OK for some time, well before this began. I have run out of idears and need assistance please. Cheers. |

| 248153 | 2004-06-28 05:41:00 | Jim, you are a wizard, many thanks. This all started when I was trying to in-activate Java script and active X which I still haven't managed. Again, many thanks. Phil H. |
