| 248427 | 2004-06-29 14:03:00 | Hello, I had this great idea about using my Sony 32" Widescreen TV as a monitor for my PC. I installed a GeForce Mx4000 with AGP 8x and TV out (S Video) into my Compaq Deskpro. The connection to the TV is via an S Video cable which connects into a Scart plug adaptor to the TV. The problem that I have is that the picture looks terrible, it has no colour, the text is difficult to read and is probably the wrong resolution. I have been through all the settings that I am able to adjust with no luck in getting it to look any better. Any ideas on how to do this? | Jim.D (4983) | ||
| 248428 | 2004-06-29 14:07:00 | go into the display properties and change the output to PAL,i would put good money on it being set to nstc by default | metla (154) | ||
