| 248352 | 2004-06-29 06:25:00 | Anybody here tried or currently using MovieShack (www.movieshack.co.nz)? Any comments please. It sounds like a pretty good deal. |

| 248354 | 2004-06-29 07:47:00 | They don't have "I brought a Vampire Mortotcycle" either. Or "Vacuuming Completely Nude in Paradise". Bummer. The last one is not dodgy at all, but a black comedy I am led to believe. |

| 248355 | 2004-06-29 07:55:00 | All fees and charges are non refundable. Movieshack may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time by giving you advance notice of these changes by email You will still be liable to pay Movieshack the cost of any damaged DVDs returned to Movieshack and for any non returned DVDs and you authorize Movieshack to debit your payment method with such costs and you agree that you will not seek to deny Movieshack such recovery. Movieshack reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time by posting new terms of use on its website. Any change shall take effect 14 days after the change is first posted on the website. You will be deemed to have accepted such new Terms of Use if you use the Movieshack website or Movieshack services after such changes take effect. I guess this is pretty standard, but basically they could own you if they got nasty or you were a bit slow with them. POssibly a bit dodgy with the ability to change the rules online without you possibly knowing about it. WHoops, P&P inc! This makes it quite a bit cheaper. If they had the movies you wanted, it could be really good. *am I allowd more that one opinion about the same post? Even my own?* |
