| 248969 | 2004-07-01 10:02:00 | Can't get sound files or video clips to play in Encarta Standard 2003. Have XP and Windows Media player 9. Disc in CD is accessed and picture appears but clicking on play arrow nothing happens. No problem with other sound files or clips on hard drive or from internet. | Norris K. (5629) | ||
