| 249114 | 2004-07-04 01:24:00 | I will have to disagree with Metla on this subject. It is actually easy to identify the origin of most DSE rebranded products(a lot of new stock actually lists the original supplier and model number ie: 3R 101 case and power supply rebadged as DSE or Lite On DVD CD combo drives rebadged as DSE) or fairly easy (they often carry the original product as well, sold with out the rebadging or the driver page links to the original manufacturer ie Lifeview TV cards) I would not call any of the above cut price or no name, in fact they are among the best in there field in terms of quality and specification. Yes the quality varies between different products, just the same as it does in any store including the one Metla operates. So it comes down to the consumer taking the trouble to read the specifications and warranties and then making their choice. If they get it wrong at DSE they have 14 days to return the product no questions asked. if they get it wrong from the vast majority of suppliers it is tough luck (how do you handle customers who have bought a product that is not faulty but for whatever reason does not like it, Metla ?) Just my observations. AC |

As to my return policy?....i help the client make an informed desicion in the first place, they don't leave with gear that that doesn't fit the bill. |
