| 248903 | 2004-07-01 13:10:00 | Your config.sys file should load c:\windows\himem.sys followed by c:\windows\emm386.exe followed by dos=high followed by setver command. The first two commands should be right at the start of config.sys The netstart command you have is running first and it appears you are using a mixture of himem.sys and emm386.exe from both C:\DOS and C:\Windows NETSTART will not have enough memory if you load it before the memory drivers. I think I may be on the right track here. You also may need a command switch or two in EMM386 or HIMEM.SYS Machine XX comes to mind. |
