| 249005 | 2004-07-01 11:19:00 | Hello there, I wanted to install Nero 6. The installation was interrupted with the message: "Incorrect command line parameters Windows installer V1.20.1827.0" I did download and install aversion 2 of windows installer , still no chance! Can anyone tell me how to overcome this problem?? Many thanks in advance :( Gion |

| 249006 | 2004-07-01 13:41:00 | What operatring system are you using, windows xx? Does Nero setup use Installshield? You might need to run setup again and note what the name and if possible the version of installer utility is being used, eg; Installshield Packager for the web ver x.xx. Note at what stage the installation stalls, initial setup/unpackaging, copying or installation of files, registration of files (if it tells you at all). You may have to download and register some MS files manually. Is there anything on Nero's website (support, FAQ's, Help) that mentions this issue. Cheers Murray P |

| 249007 | 2004-07-02 09:33:00 | Hi Murray Thanks for your time, I have sort of found the problem- if all goes according to plan-Nero 6 deinstalls the previous version. In this case it just left me an errror message. I did deinstall the previous version first and all worked fine after. So far so good. Cheers ' Gion |
