| 249263 | 2004-07-02 10:09:00 | Hi all. We got our computer two (2) years ago. Whan we got it, it didn't come with any CDs, instead everything came preinstalled. I was wondering, everyone says companies are supposed to provide recovery CDs, so am I allowed to go back to the manufacturer and ask kindly for come CDs? The shop is Cyclone Computers, and the computer came with a 3 year warrenty. | Megaman (344) | ||

| 249265 | 2004-07-02 10:22:00 | Hi Mega, PackardBell supplied a set of disks for my computer on request. This was organised thru Noel Leemings. I suggest you go back to your supplier/retailer and ask them to obtain a set for you. Baldy:-) |
